Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you visit “Which V2Ray Client” or use its download links, client selection information, tutorials, and configuration guidance. Please read them before using this content. If you do not agree, stop using the relevant features. These terms do not replace a software license or limit rights granted to you by applicable law.

1. Purpose and Scope

This site covers platform selection, installation, and configuration for v2rayN, v2rayNG, and v2flyNG. Its content is for educational and technical reference only; it is not legal advice, a promise of network service, or a guarantee of any particular result. This site is not operated by the developers of these open-source projects, and its coverage does not imply authorization, endorsement, or affiliation.

Guides describe the clients’ general workflows. Interface labels, core features, and configuration fields may change between versions. When using the software, refer to its current prompts and project documentation; do not apply examples to production environments without review.

2. Lawful Use and User Responsibilities

You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and to your activities, as well as the rules of your organization, device administrator, and network provider. Before downloading or configuring software, confirm that you have the necessary permissions. Do not use this site’s content or related software for unlawful purposes.

Do not use these technologies for unauthorized access, data theft, privacy violations, distributing unlawful content, disrupting network services, or infringing third-party rights. You are responsible for the servers, subscription sources, connection destinations, and actions you choose. Technical guidance on this site does not authorize unlawful activity.

3. Open-Source Software and Service Limitations

Each software product is provided by its respective open-source project. Its features, releases, and license terms are governed by that project’s documentation. This site organizes information and provides download links; it does not provide proxy nodes, subscription accounts, or network access, and is not responsible for third-party services.

Download links may be temporarily unavailable due to network conditions, upstream file changes, or maintenance. Whether a client works with a particular device, or its protocol, routing, and DNS settings meet your needs, depends on the software version, system environment, and your configuration. This site does not guarantee continuous availability, suitability for a particular purpose, or the stability of third-party services.

4. Configuration Risks and Disclaimer

Changing system proxy, TUN, routing, or DNS settings may affect other apps’ connections. Record existing settings and back up important configurations before making changes, and make sure you know how to restore them. On managed devices, obtain the administrator’s permission first.

Subscription URLs, connection credentials, and runtime logs may contain sensitive information. Keep them secure, and remove personally identifiable or account information before reporting an issue. To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not liable for connection problems, data loss, or other damages caused by unavailable software, incorrect configuration, or third-party service outages. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law prohibits it.

5. Intellectual Property and License Requirements

All rights to the clients, cores, project names, and related marks belong to their respective owners. Open-source licensing does not waive those rights. When using, modifying, copying, or distributing software, follow the licenses for the relevant projects and dependencies, including any applicable attribution, copyright notice, and source code obligations.

Original explanations and editorial content on this site are protected by applicable law. When quoting them, cite the source and avoid taking content out of context or implying official status. Technical examples on this site do not change the licenses of the software they cover or grant permission to use third-party trademarks.

6. Changes to These Terms and Feedback

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in content, features, or legal requirements. Revisions and the update month will be posted on this page. Unless stated otherwise, revisions apply to use after publication. Any legal requirements for when changes take effect or how notice must be given will prevail. Check this page for the current terms before using the content.

If you have questions about usage or troubleshooting, start with the FAQ and Quick Start Guide, and follow the steps to identify the issue. For questions about third-party software licenses or service disputes, refer to the rules published by the relevant project or service provider.
